Hotel Steigenberger, Kiel. Germany

In cooperation with our German network contact, we sold a 165 bedroom hotel to one of our Danish clients, located right in the heart of the beutiful German city, Kiel. The hotel - built in 1981 - has a beutiful view over the sea and port of Kiel and is surrounded by green park. This hotel represents a very attractive German investment.

 

Shopping Centre, Frankenthal, Germany:

In cooperation with GVA Immoconsult Immobilientreuhand GmbH, we sold a 6.249,23 sqm shopping centre in the beautiful German city, Frankenthal, near the French border. The centre has many solid tenants and fashion stores such as "New Yorker", "Esprit" and "Jost" and representes a very attractive investment for our Danish client.
