Warszawa I A/S & Warszawa II A/S (Fund)

This large scale project was solved in cooperation with Griffin Ejendomme A/S one of Denmark's largest and best established commercial real estate investment companies. The project included the establishing of SAWA Residential Fund, attracting fund investors, sourcing down investment opportunities and purchasing the properties. The project was established in 2007 and completed in 2008. Following this a new similar investment fund was established (i.e. Warszawa II A/S). The investment concept was to buy residential flats in Warszawa prior to or during the initial project phase, with a view to selling them to private homebuyers in Poland once ready for occupation.
