GVA Nybolig Erhverv Copenhagen is experienced in carrying out search tasks on behalf of clients who are interested in renting, buying or investing in commercial real estate in Denmark.

In addition to carrying our search tasks, our extensive experience enables us to fulfill an advisory role, where we work closely with our clients at a strategic level, for instance concerning the planning of major real estate developments. Often the advisory role also includes taking part in key negotiations on behalf of our clients as well as producing research analysis and feasibility studies, to be used by clients in their ongoing descision making process.
