We have been present on the UK investment market for several years and where among the first providers of British high quality investment opportunities to Danish and foreign investors, thereby allowing them to take advantage of the very pro-investment climate of the British commercial property market.

The investment climate in the UK is still very much pro-investment, characterised by long lease terms, strong tenants, and FRI and upwards only rent review clauses regularly included in British commercial lease contracts, making for a safe and long term cash flow to investors.

GVA Nybolig Erhverv Copenhagen is currently more active than ever on the British commercial real estate market and our increasing network of contacts in the UK allows us to offer investors competitive and flexible financing solutions in addition to the very attractive investment properties themselves, often changing hands off-market.

On the European mainland we are working closely within the GVA association in addition to continuously expanding our international sphere of influence through the establishment of new personal contacts in Europe. Our aim is to provide investors with high class, competitive investment opportunities on the existing as well as the emerging European markets.

Currently we are mainly providing investment opportunities in Germany, Poland and Sweden but our competencies and network include the capability of providing interesting investment opportunities throughout Europe.
